If you are not pleased with our product or you don't feel that you received an honest return for your money, please let us know by e-mail and we will return your money.
This is a fun project for us! Our main goal for this project is to make it fun and interesting for all of us. We want you to be so pleased that you feel like our efforts are well worth the money you give us. If not, we will return your money, and try harder to make this site better. The software at PayPal lets us make an online refund for 30 days after the sale. We normally check our e-mail daily but sometimes we may not check it for a few days on weekends (and a few times a year we are gone for a week). However it is unlikely that we will miss the 30 day deadline for processing your refund. In no way are we willfully going to rip you off (and screw up our Karma) for a few dollars! This is not a condition for a refund, but we would like to know if there was something that didn't work on the site or anything that we can change to improve the overall experience. But you don't have to say anything if you just want to be grumpy, we will still return your money. So that is our honest promise.
